Return your device within 5 business days (starting the day after delivery) to avoid a fee.
If you fail to return your device within the return deadline you will be subject to a $50 late fee. If you fail to return your device at all, you will be charged up to the value of the device we sent you.

1) Swap it
Place your old device back in the bubble pouch and seal it closed.
2) Seal it
Place the pouch back in the box. Tape the box closed and attached the prepaid shipping label onto the other label, covering it completely.
3) Ship it
Send the box back. You can drop your box off at any USPS location or USPS drop box. Find your closest USPS location here. You can also put it in your mailbox pickup.
